Move products up & down the Product Line Items list on an Opportunity & Quote

I'm sure this used to be possible but I can't see it now??

Can a user change the order of items in a quote without having to remove them and add them again?

Thanks!

I have no 'move up' button in my environment: is there a setting to get this option?

Thanks. It wasn't there on my environment but I have worked out why now.

We have the Business Central integration, and that sets the Opportunity Sub Grid view to 'Opportunity Product Inline Edit View NAV Availability' (which shows an extra column for Quantity on Hand), unfortunately that view doesn't give you the move up & move down buttons.

So as a work around, I have changed the subgrid back to default to the 'Opportunity Product Inline Edit View' and allowed the user to change the views to be able to switch to the NAV view if they want to check the stock. Not ideal, but at least we have the moving functionality back now.

    Hi Michellem,

I have checked my environment, there is a 'Move Up' button to do this. Select a line in the subgrid and click three dot, and you will get it.
