I can not find Voice of the Customer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution among solutions eventhough that it is enabled in the admin center. Can you help me please?

The Applications menu in the Dynamics 365 Administration Center only lists the apps that are available on the tenant level. To actually install it for a specific instance you'll need to go to the Instances menu, select the instance, click on the Solutions icon that appears (sometimes it doesn't, so you just need to keep on trying!). After this you should see VoC in the list of solutions for that particular instance, and the status will most likely be "not installed". Start the installation from there.
