Steps taken to resolve:

1) Added Registry Key "Load Behavior: Load at Startup - value 03" - Cleaned cache from local and roaming folders and - Enabled Outlook Add-in from Diagnostics -Worked but keep occurring after some days.

    Currently this is occurring to few users. We are temporarily resolving it by clearing the cache from Local/Roaming path and "Enable" Add In from Diagnostic Tool provided by CRM. The issue however reoccurs after some days.

    Hey,

    Does this occur for one user? On a specific machine? For everyone?

    Looks like you're displaying data from related entities on Contact and Account view, specifically from Competitor and rio_farmbusinessdiscussion entities.

    I would try to make the views on contact and account as simple as possible and test again - see if it makes any difference.
