Hello,
In GP 2010, SP2 there a report called 'Copy Price List Audit Report' that gets generated when price gets updated/added or removed Under Inventory > Cards > Item Price Maintenance.
I can't find this report to grant access to the Users. Anybody has any idea where it could be sitting?

Thank you for the update. I would like to verify that this user is assigned to this task. I would also want to verify if you are using a modified version of the report.
Once you have changed the task make sure that the use closes out of the window or make sure they log out and log back into GP.
If you are still not able to access the reports it might be best if you open a support case so we can stream in and look at the setup closer to see what might be missing.

I have checked MC as well though we are not using it but it is registered. Rest I have checked but somehow the user still gets the error. Amazingly the change/copy to item get updated but report ends up with the error of ' not provilidged to run the report'.
I will have one more try

Thank you for the update. Right in the access list in the Task Setup window there is not a “Copy Price List Audit Report” it is listed as “IV Item Price List Copy Report” or “IV Item Price List Copy Report MC” depending if you are using multicurrency or not. Once you mark this option the user will have access to the report. I was able to test this and verified it worked for me.

I have task id ADMIN_INV_008,
product Microsft Dynamics GP
Type Reports
Series Inventory
and checked almost all OPeartions but User is still not able to do the job.
Also, what the report says , Copy Price List Audit Report, where as there is nothing such that .

Thank you for using Microsoft Online Communities. I understand that you are wondering how to grant security access to the Copy Price List Audit Report.
I was able to do some testing in my system and I was able to grant security access to the report. You will need to find a task that is assigned to the user. You can fine the tasks assigned by looking at the roles assigned to the user. Once you have a task you can go into the Security Task Setup window. More than likely you will want to select one related to inventory.
Now that you have the task brought up you will want to select the following:
1. Product: Microsoft Dynamics GP
2. Type: Report
3. Series: Inventory
In the Access List you will need to look for IV Item Price List Copy Report. There may be two options depending if you use MC or not. Mark the checkbox and the user will be able to print the report. The other reports from this window will also start with IV Item Price List XX Report based on what other reports you need to grant access to.
