Microsoft Dynamics 365 Intelligent Order Management can now boost productivity of admins and fulfillment operators through a copilot assisted data Q and A experience.

Follow the instructions here to enable copilot within Intelligent Order Management. To use this feature you must be using the latest version of Intelligent Order Management (1.0.0.6792 or greater).

To receive specific answers, launch the copilot side car icon and ask simple questions in natural language about your sales orders, fulfillment orders, customers, products, inventory, etc..

How to customize copilot for your business needs?

Copilot has been enabled for the following out of box entities:

Products
Customers
Sales orders
Order product
Fulfillment order
Fulfillment order product

It is possible to enable copilot on custom entities, as well as custom fields within the existing entities. Refer here to enable table and columns that will be included in copilot responses.
