LS Central no internet/vpn on domain error

Hello,

we have LS Retail installed as our POS system at our store.

our current setup is the following.

POS --> Store Server  (LS NAV) 

Store Server replicates to HO Server of LSNAV.

Everything on Active Direcory.

the issue i am having is that if my internet goes down at the store, my cashes are not able to see their store server to connect to NAVDB. i get the following error. see attached photo.

What can i do to fix this issue? seems like it needs to domain controller to be active at all times.

    Hello,

    This is an infra design type of question. Best is to discuss this issue with your infrastructure provider who can raise a support ticket on your behalf to Microsoft Support, most likely Platforms support.
