Business document email template - Cost customers / attachments

Hi all,

I am trying to set up the business document email template for cost customers. A requirement is that the invoices that are three days before the due date are attached as attachment within this email template.

Is this possible in within standard D365 F&O? Or is customization required to fulfill this requirement?

Hi,

This is possible, it is part of pre-dunning process in Process automation framework in Credit and collections.

Hi,
As Ramit said, this is mentioned in the collection process automation article, you can create an automated collections process and the collections team will usually send notifications related to each open invoice in advance so that a customer is notified when the invoice is about to expire client.
