Power Automate - Move from a specific bin in location A to a specific bin in location B

Posted on by 173
I have not used Power Automate yet...so asking here before I delve into it.

Is it fairly simple to do something in Power Automate to say any time material is moved into bin X in location A, move it to bin Y in location B?  You may be wondering why we would not just move it to bin Y in location B in the first place.  An add-on quality app will be moving the material behind the scenes from bin W in location A to bin X in location A.  We wanted the app to move it from bin W in location A to bin Y in location B, but it is not possible.  So I am hoping Power Automate could solve this so that we do not have to require the user to item reclass each time.

Hi, The prerequisite for using Power Automate is that there must be an API. As far as I know, there is no standard API for Transfer Order and Item Reclass, so this needs to be customized first.
Here are some examples of what I did with Power Automate, hopefully it will give you some hints.

Automatically create a new customer when receiving an email via Power Automate (No customization)

Release a Sales Order with Power Automate

    Thanks.
