I need to , I have one optionset control on the form ,
My other controls are getting loaded faster, but this control not loading faster.
On the form there are no scripts written or nothing else is there.
Except in place of LAN cable Network, we are using wireless network.

then i think mostly that is the root caused. you can compare the result between using wired and wireless, and submit the summary to your client.
Using wireless taking time to load but while using wired connection it working fine.
actually from the client side there network is also slow i think.

I am having
a, b, c, d, e, f as option set values, that's it.
except i am connected on wired network and the client is connected with wireless network.

Only 10 to 12 values are there in the optionset.
Also one optionset field value is there on the form.

Do you mean that there is an option-set field in the appointment entity, and it loads slow?
As I know, the field must be no more than ~100 for performance reasons. All items are downloaded into the user interface which will cause performance problems for large lists – especially where there are lots of option-sets on the same form.

how many values is in the optionset? it should be caused by too many values, if that case you might need to think another approach.
