We recently upgraded and find that the Journal Inquiry Report Prints All Journal Entries for the current fiscal year rather than just the entry being selected in the inquiry. Wondering if anyone has encountered and how they fixed the issue. We know we can work around by printing a SmartList or using the Reprint Cross Reference Report, but would like to resolve this issue.

The old modified report that is upgraded used the GL Trx Open Table. The new report uses the GL Journal Entry Inq Temp table. You will need to delete the old modified report and create a new modified report.
Sorry to bump an old post but don't see a solution and I'm having this issue with GP2015 14.00 (R2).
Hi,
I'm facing a similar issue with one of my client. Was anyone able to get to the bottom of this?
The issue that we are facing is, we selected a Journal number from the JE Inquiry window and when I click on the print button, it shows a different Journal number on the Print window.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,
That is an odd one for sure. I selected a journal number and the report displayed only that number and not all the entries for the year, so I could not reproduce it. I am on the latest build 12.00.1745.
I would check to see if you are using a modified report or third party product that may be interfering. Does this occur on the SQL server install or on client installs?
Does this occur for all users? Has this report ever worked correctly?
