Error : Server was unable to process request

Have a user that gets this error only when trying to access Leads. I have even tested giving him System Administrator Role. Also had him log into CRM from an alternate machine. With no change in behavior.

This is an On Premise 2011 instance

    Enable the trace on the server and reproduce the error. Trace will provide detailed information about the error.

    Thanks for responding to my submission. I was able to figure out the issue. He had a View set as default that got eliminated from CRM. With the Outlook client, I was able to select a different default view. This fixed the issue.
