Scheduling Assistant Does Not Find Resource

Hi All,

I am hoping someone can help me.

I am using the book/find/scheduling assistant button to help my dispatchers find the best resource to give the work order too.

However as soon as I put the duration at 5hr or a higher number for the resource requirement it no longer finds the resource even though my resources work from 8am to 6pm on that day.

Anyone face a similar issue and know what to do?

Hi All - please ignore this. I have figured out what was causing the issue.

My resource requirement work location was blank... as soon I changed that to on-site it worked.
