Morning Folks!
I have a rule in Dynamics > Flow that creates new Case Records when an email hits the queue.
Currently the rules to trigger the case creation are simple:
If the email is from a Contact or Account Raise a case. But I added an exception that don't seem to work. This was if the Subject contained INC2 in the email (see below).
This doesn't seem to work at all and cases with this subject line are still being created.
Any ideas as to where I have gone wrong with this?
Thanks All!!
Sam

Hi Sam,
You can try to remove ‘’ symbols from the ‘INC2’ to test again.
Otherwise, the logic is that ‘’ symbols are also characters included in the subject, so it would appear that the case is still created even though the subject of the email contains INC2.
And you can set the condition in the Record Creation and Update Rule form directly, not in the flow.
