    Hi Abdul Wahab,

It is not multiplication. It is the hexadecimal representation of the number starting with 0x.

The recommended value of OLEDBTimeout is between 30 and 300.

The value of 86400 is equivalent to 24 hours.

0*00015180 is extended timeout value. This value, can be larger than 1,000,000. However, do not type a value that is larger than 2,147,483,647. This is hexadecimal 0x7FFFFFFF.

    Hi Abdul,

86400 is the number of second. If you translate ut in hours, it will be (86400/(60*60)) = 24hrs.

0x15180 is hexadecimal value for 86400.

You can do convert ded to hex mathematically or simply use online tools like www.binaryhexconverter.com/decimal-to-hex-converter

    Thanks,

    PS

    Hi Nithya and prt33k

Means My sql time out value is 24 hour. If I request from CRM to SQL, it never timeout before 24 hour. Am I right? Sorry for disturbing. No idea about these.

    Thank You

    Hi Abdul,

Yes but this is for SQL server single query execution only. There are multiple timeout value like HTTP request time out which is 300 second. Now even though you SQL hasn't timed out, the web service level timeout can happen.

You can read about various timeout here:

    community.dynamics.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-crm-timeout-settings

    Thanks,

    PS

    Hi prt33k

What about my these errors: community.dynamics.com/.../628397. Are they, because of different timeout? This timeout is not related to this error. Am I right?

    Thank You
