Test email error when adding Microsoft 365 Email Account

Hi everyone,

I can add a Microsoft 365 Email Account in Dynamics 365 Business Central but when trying to send the test email, I have a very generic error:

When digging a little bit more in the error Outbox, this is what I get:

The mailbox specified during the setup of the email account is a shared mailbox hosted in Outlook online I have created myself. I have setup the delegation rights and it does work from Outlook 365 (I can connect to the share mailbox and send email as the shared mailbox).

I'm out of idea to troubleshoot this issue

    Update:

    My mailbox was on premise in a Hybrid Exchange 2016/O365 Configuration.

    When I migrate my mailbox to O365, it does work. However I need this to be functionning for On premise Exchange 2016 users too.

    Have you tried to set it up using SMTP against your on prem Exchange server?
