365 new users Not Showing up in D365 enabled users view

I am new to Dynamics 365. I created a D365 portal by register in https://trials.dynamics.com/

In Microsoft 365 admin center -> Active users.  I am the only user listed. So I create another user for test.

After 2 hours, I visit D365 Settings > Security > Accounts. By default the view is Omnichannel Users (why it is the default one? What is Omnichannel means?). I switched to "Enabled Users" view. I can find my name as well as many Sample users. However the test user I created 2 hours ago is not exist.

Since the environment is created by me I believe I am System Admin. I have double checked my name is in the "System Administrator" and "System Customizer" roles. So why I cannot find my test user?

Thanks for your advice.

My dynamic 365 trial have been expired already but I believe your answer would help.

However it sounds like a secret video game trick.... how could Microsoft don't fix it.

We faced the similar issue, the below helped us - use Force Sync User action of Power Platform Management Connector - Power Automate or PowerShell Cmdlets for the same

    Hi,

Please make sure you have added D365 CE License.

Im having the same issue here; created 2 Users and not seeing them listed at all in any of the views listing in Users

Any idea yet what did i do wrong for not seeing users listed?

i did put them in a group...still nothing appears in the teams/groups view

It is fine. I also have a feeling I am testing a sandbox Dynamics site which is completely different with other Dynamics administrator.

Thank you very much for your assistance so far.

Unfortunately, I'm completely lost as to what you did exactly.  And thus extremely difficult to be of assistance.

I am not aware of sample data exist at the beginning of trial. I watched some tutorial video telling me to add sample data using the button. So I just click it to see what will be the consequence.

  • RE: 365 new users Not Showing up in D365 enabled users view

I understand where the standard sample data command is.  I'm asking why you would do that when a trial tenant already HAS data.  But, if you would prefer to not address the issue any farther that is certainly fine as well.
