Hi, I would like to know how can I preview the trial balance by only showing the month of Jan-22? I have try to filter the date 1/1/22..31/1/22 but it is showing all of the account which balance are from year 2021 and before.

Could anyone advise on this? Appreciate much thank you.

Hi

If you want to see the financial statements for January 2022,

Go to Trial balance report and select the actual changes option which will show data for that period only, then enter the Account No that you want to see.
Include the date filter. Please see the screenshot below.

You can also add the same filter in Chart of accounts page.

No: 10400

Date filter : 01/01/2022..01/31/2022

you would be able to see the data and you can drill down to view the statements there were posted for that account.
