Shipped status on Transfer order once picked

Hi,

There's an entity setup whereby once I pick the transfer order (via WMS - handheld device) and then it automatically updates the status of the transfer order to SHIPPED. I'm wondering what setup/config is behind this? I'm trying to replicate but can not find anything.
