Hi,
I want to rollback some changes in dynamics CRM that i have done via PowerShell, using PowerShell script itself in that same code.
I have tried Start-Transaction, Undo-Transaction to roll back, but didn't work for me.
Kindly suggest any idea.

After reviewing your question, if the change is already done at CRM level, it is not possible to rollback the changes you performed, even if it was done through PowerShell.
The only way to rollback is if during the execution you detect any failure, in that case it is possible to rollback because the change was not done in Dynamics CRM.
