dans field service tableau de planification en vue quotidien je souhaite voir plus d'informations (dept, type d'intervention,..)comment puis-je faire
 
Hello,
In Field Service, within the daily view of the Schedule Board, I would like to see more information (department, service type, etc.). How can I do this?

    Oui. Dans le tableau de planification de Dynamics 365 Field Service, vous pouvez personnaliser les informations affichées sur les fiches de réservation dans la vue quotidienne.

     

    Procédure

    Ouvrez Field Service → Planification → Tableau de planification.

    Ouvrez le tableau de planification que vous utilisez.

    Sélectionnez Paramètres du tableau de planification.

    Recherchez Modèle de réservation / Modèle de fiche de réservation.

    Vous verrez le code HTML/modèle utilisé pour afficher chaque réservation sur le tableau.

    Modifiez le modèle pour inclure les informations que vous souhaitez afficher.
