Hello,

When, I'm trying to publish solution in Dynamics 365 online, I'm getting the "Record Is Unavailable" message.

Any idea?

1. I already tried to delete my browser cash

2. Entities in solution don't contain multiple forms.

Thanks,

Ruben

    Hi,

do you have any workflow referencing a record on an other environment (i.e. you imported your solution from Dev to Int => the Guid of records are different)?

Yes Guillaume is correct on this... The error is almost always tied to an unrecognized GUID perhaps from a previous environment like your Dev.

Check and try republishing your pertinent Entity Workflows, Business Rules or even Client code that may be referencing some previously used GUID.

    Cheers!
