I have a request to remove MDA. Does anyone know what the ramifications of removing MDA would be and best practices for how to remove it?

MDA is a part of the core product, so there's no such thing as removing MDA. However, what you can do is remove all the setup information for it. This is, take all the analysis codes and remove them from the analysis groups, then remove the analysis groups.
