We just upgraded to GP2013 from GP2010 and anytime we enter an item on an invoice in SOP it throws this error. Has anyone run across this before. We don't have nay customization on the SOP entry window.

Thanks Soma I will try that. I am not showing any customizations or 3rd parties.

If you still facing this error, record a macro(In sop window, Go to tools-->Macro-->Record) file before entering item number on scrolling window. After got error message stop the macro. Now you can open that file to easily identify any script running with the standard code.

SetItemID is dexterity script. It will run while entering item number on sop line window. The parameter for this script is different from previous version. Definitely there is one customization running with using the SetItemID script while entering item number. Go to customization status window(Tools-->Customize-->Customization Status) and disable all the 3rd party customization product and try again.

    Hope this helps!!!
