Deductions missing from Employee Maintenance Screen

We are Dynamics SL, Feature Pack 1. Have not closed December payroll yet and have not applied the year end updates. We are working on the first payroll of the new year and when we calculated, none of the deductions came out of the employee pay. I checked in the Payroll Deductions Screen and everything is fine. However, in Employee Maintenance, in the deductions tab, everything is blank. Don't know why all the deductions would be wiped out of that screen for all the employees????

Thank you. I had a date issue in the last payroll of the year and was waiting to get that resolved before closing the payroll year. We started the first payroll of 2016 and had the deduction issue. I have now closed the payroll year and all is good. Thank you for the response.

You cannot process the first check of the new year before closing year out
