HQ client connection time out

Hi,

I am troubleshooting a customer's setup which was working at one point. When I attempt to have Headquarters client, on the client computer, connect to HQ I get a connection timeout error; however, if I turn the firewall off on the HQ server, I am able to connect without issue. 

On the server I have opened up every port that I can think of, 34200, 34202, 34210, 1433, 1443. I am still not having any luck with getting the client to connect without disabling the firewall on the server. There are no antivirus programs on the server which would take over management of the firewall. 

What is it that I am missing in the firewall that would cause the connection to fail?
