Use Dynamics 365 App for Outlook

Hi,

I understand that to use Dynamics 365 App for Outlook we need to configure IFD first. My question is do we also need to make the CRM Server available over the internet to use this app, provided all the users will use this app from within network.

Hi Ritesh,

Yes, CRM Server should be available over internet. And all users can use this app in network using active directory authentication.
