Restore Timeline and Notes/Activities tab to account form

I was working on the main Account form, and accidentally deleted the Timeline on the front tab and the Activities/Notes tab.  

How can I restore them?

They are still on the Account Information form, but there seems to be no way to copy a tab from one form to another.

I'm using the newer version of the form editor.

    Hi Jessica Weissman,

    Open both form side by side and reconfigure the main account form. You can find timeline, tab and section component in the left side of the form editor.

    I don't see Timeline in that lefthand list of components.  There is a choice for "More Components".  One of those is called "CC_Timeline".  Is that the same thing?

    Thanks for the links.  The article is helpful, as are the other articles it links to.  My screen and editor don't look much like the ones in the article, but I assume they are similar enough.  I'll be working on this tomorrow and will respond with specific questions if needed.
