Hi All,
I was just wondering if someone else is facing a similar issue. We recently upgraded our client to CRM 2013 SP1 Update Rollup 1.
Most system forms on the organisation are appearing as blank screen. some of the navigation like lead are showing an error has occured.
When we see the CRM trace, nothing is available.
Event viewer has a warning log for ASP.NET saying null reference.
Internet explorer profile shows
Unable to get property 'ClientVariables' of undefined or null reference
I sense this is an issue to do with some internal CRM script.
Has anyone else also experienced the same?

Are you accessing CRM with OOB security role or Custom?
I had the same issue after upgrading to CRM 2015.
Campaign Entity form was blank if accessed with custom Security role which had not privileges on Sales module entities.
We resolved it by giving read privileges for Product and Sales Literature Entity.
Hopefully this helps to identify your problem.
