Hello All

I am trying to use RTM and noticed that Choice type fields are not available in any Personalization option which is strange.

Anyone else having the same issue or could provide a solution?

    Hi Deepak,

    This seems to be by-design, I can't do it either,Only fields of text type are displayed.

    You could maybe populate the text value from the chosen choice field into a ordinary text field with a business rule or flow and use that in your RTM journey.
