How to Import General Journal using Excel in D365 for operations

Hello friends

I have downloaded General Ledger Journal Entry Template.  By default file name is "LedgerJournalLineEntryTemplate".

I have updated the file with Journal lines however I am unable to find the way to import back to D365.  I want to use excel add ins to import JE's than manual entries.

Please suggest.
