We getting this error when we try to do anything in one company in MR "The periods and dates couldn't be retrieved from the source system. Verify the source system connections is valid."

None of the fiscal periods have any gaps or overlap. We have open fiscal periods in both open years. We do not get this error is a different company. We have an ISO code in the Currency setup. We've restarted the services.

What else could it be?

Actually, we already verified that the fiscal periods didn't overlap or have any gaps. The issue was resolved by rebuilding the data mart. Thanks!
