Connected FS with Azure IOT Integration

Hello,

Currently, we have APIs available for our devices and we are storing all the data in our Oracle DB.

We are planning to connect our devices to Azure IOT which will be linked and registered to our FS module and to potentially use this module fully.

I would highly appreciate it if someone could guide me on the following:

What are all the prerequisites needed from Azure in terms of both the technology used and the required subscription?

(Example: IoT Hub, Logic App, Azure Stream, Azure SQL, etc..) For each of those mentioned, there is a cost right?

2. Which of the azure products you will mention is a must-have? (Example: let's assume we don't want to use Azure SQL what can be the alternative?)

3. Is any device compatible with IoT or limited devices? If the device is not compatible what will be the alternative to connect it?

4. How do we know if we should use IoT hub or IoT Central?

5. Could you please point me to where to get started in order to put a roadmap and follow it?

I hope I did not miss any significant points for the time being. Therefore, if there is/are anything else you would like to mention, please feel free to do so.
