Editing a report in SSRS

Hi, I've tried to edit a report in SSRS by clicking this button.

It opens a new tab in my browser trying to access the report manager than displays the following message

Here is the URL: http://ellis/ReportServer_GP/ReportBuilder/ReportBuilder_2_0_0_0.application?ReportPath=http://ellis/ReportServer_GP/AZPM/Sales/Charts%20And%20KPIs/Receivables%20Aging

How do I get past this so that I can edit this report? I have report builder 2.0 and 3.0 installed.

    Do you have the priviledge "Execute report definitions" task at the system level assigned to your Domain User?

    Looking at the error message, is the report builder executable named as shown in the message?  Do you actually have full rights to the folder that contains it?

    I do have full access to the report manager.
