Seeking Guidance to Master CRM Customization

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for guidance on how to get familiar with and well-trained in CRM customization. At the moment, I don’t have hands-on experience in CRM customization, but I do have experience with the Power Platform.

I would really appreciate it if you could share any well-structured learning paths, resources, or practical guidance to help me build strong skills in this area. This would mean a lot to me and play a big role in shaping my career.

    Focus on the Dynamics CRM based products (Sales is the most common to start with, then maybe Customer Service or Field Service) and run through some of the Administrator modules in Microsoft Learn.
     
    Best advice I can give otherwise is to get your hands on a developer environment and play around with things as you learn. I've found hands-on to be the best way to learn how these applications work.
