Does anyone know or has anyone ever been able to put the results of a duplicate detection job into a queue. Once the job has completed we would like the results put into a queue so we can ask one of the team to go through them.
Is this possible does anyone know?

Unfortunately this requirement is not exists in Dynamics CRM.Duplicate detection rule is for warning purpose you can not customize OOB funyionality.You need to create a plugin in dynamics crm to check duplicate records and assign it to queue through plugin.

There is OOB configuration to add the duplicate detected records to Queue. If you just want to notify your users about the duplicate records and ask them to act onthe duplicate then you can use the OOB Duplicate Detection Job functionality.
With functionality, you define the filter criteria to run the duplicate detection upon, schedule it to run either daily or after X no.of days, option to send an email to users about each job execution.
The email generated by CRM is itself very informative i.e. it says that the duplicate detection has run, will give teh direct link to review the duplicate records.

i found no way to put duplicates in a queue.
But you can make a view where you can show duplicates.
