    Hey!

In order to get the licensing guide, you should check dynamics.microsoft.com/.../.  This will talk about functionalities. There's a link there that says "download the Dynamics 365 Licensing guide" and leads to go.microsoft.com/.../ to download the pdf file. IT's updated monthly.   This will discuss the Access, entities, functionalities.

MPN will provide info about licensing for Partners, but you should use this when getting information on Benefits (ie: licenses you get to test products).

The other link you pasted has also a link that points to the same location to download the same PDF (February 2022)
