i want to flag same applicant applications in the Model driver app if they submitted for two different properties with differenent managing agencies. To flag i have columns like Applicant First Name, Applicant Last Name, Unit Number, Building Address and Applicant Current Address. What will be the way to flag so that reviewer could understand that specific Applicant has applied for two different properties with different managing agents.

Hi,

You can create two additional tables Property and Managing Agent.
Then add lookup fields in the Application table that point to these two tables.

When an applicant fills out an application, he or she can select a property and a managing agent.

The reviewer can then visualize who applied for the application record, as well as the property of the application and the managing agent.
