Hi,

I'm trying to import a solution and getting the following error on item type 'Dependencies Calculation':

Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.DependencyBase' with unique index 'ndx_UniqueDependencyNodes'. The duplicate key value is (add52354-c1db-49fc-b0c7-67729a502437, ca357157-0696-4b68-a307-011621437c8d). The statement has been terminated.

Is someone familiar with this error?

Thanks

    Hi may I ask what version of CRM your on? The cause is likely to be related to a lookup or Subgrid referencing a non-existing view in your Target CRM. You can try removing the reference from the solution Or Try removing all SubGrids from the form giving the error?

    Best Wishes, Raz

    I'm facing the same issue.

    We are using CRM 2016.

    The reference key values are not present in the customization.xml file, so I can't remove them.

    Still searching!

    I deleted and reuploaded a backup of the "broken" solution. This did the trick for me.

    But I also got an email from Microsoft this morning that they had problems with my instance of dynamics 365 yesterday when the error occurred

    I have news.

    We tried to reimplant the solution without success. After much research, the architect of our team found a post in Turkish that contains the solution to the problem.

    Microsoft support solved it for me but it took them about a month.

    Hi Jason,

    This post worked for me. https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/207666

    You need to remove the part in red below from your customization.xml file.

    You might have more than one section like this in your customization.xml file, but you need to find the one that is related to the entity or attribute that is causing the error.

         <CustomControlDefaultConfigs>

            <CustomControlDefaultConfig>

              <PrimaryEntityTypeCode>10073</PrimaryEntityTypeCode>

     <CustomControlDefaultConfigId>{bd771d8c-2cd6-e511-80d4-00155d0e4417}</CustomControlDefaultConfigId>

                 <ControlDescriptionXML>

                  <controlDescriptions />

              </ControlDescriptionXML>

              <IntroducedVersion>1.0</IntroducedVersion>

            </CustomControlDefaultConfig>

          </CustomControlDefaultConfigs>
