AX2012 R2 Sales Order Packing Slip Cancel issue

We have posted the sales order packing slip but while cancelling system is not performing anything.Nothing is happening.

Any body faced this type of issue. Please help me.

    this is abnormal behaviour , you need to debug this issue with your developer

    Hi Dattaprasad,

    Nothing means, that you click the button and don't get any response? No dialog, no popup, no error message? Is this also not working in all your other environments?

    Thanks for your reply.

    Yes after click on cancel button system is not giving any responses. No message nothing.

    This issue is faced in production environment. In other env its working fine.
