Microsoft Dynamics AX (Archived)

The Gift Card Is In Use at Store ", POS Terminal 'RPSM01'. Payment must be made with another card or payment method.

Hi All,

I face an issue with my gift, I already scan the gift card and suddenly my POS become offline so system could not capture the gift card.

After check the gift card is not redeem yet. 

Then i proceed with second time scanning the gift card at POS and this error coming out.

Appreciate to suggest recommendation. Thanks all

      When you start the redemption transaction of a gift card, it is locked by the register in AOS using RTS to avoid parallel processing of the same Gift card.  If a card is locked, you can check the same in AX client and unlock it.
