Why is the database already on the SQL Server where you want to install CRM?
Are you trying to use the same database server to install multiple deployments of CRM?
You can use a single SQL Server instance for a single CRM deployment.
If it is not used for any purpose, then remove it from the SQL Server (Don't delete in case you need it for something else).
