Extracting data for all companies in D365 into excel

Hi all,

I need help and I was wondering if somebody has solutions for this

I have centralised D365 and there are 5 different companies setup in this. I need to extract gl entries for all companies. I can do it manually via connector but is there any app or service or solution so with just one click, I can get all 5 companies data in excel in one click ?

Hi,

There is no standard solution, however last year I had the same requirement and we customized it, the solution we provided- we created table/form where all the ledgertrans data was coming and for all the legal entity and user can export to excel as standard export functionality.

Hi,
There may not be a built-in one-click solution for your specific requirements. You may consider using DMF to create projects for each company, download the exported data and merge it. Or create custom Power Automate (formerly Flow) to trigger the extraction process for each company. Or consider the method mentioned by Ramit. It should be noted that the LedgerTrans table has been deprecated and the following new table will replace the LedgerTrans table. For details you can check the link below:
