I have a Solution that contains a number of Help panes. Looking at the Solution contents, I see that the entity list contains a 'Help Page' entity which carries the name 'msdyn_helppage'.
Having begun to set up Help Panes in another solution, I don't see the same entity being created. I can't recall what (if anything) I did to create the original 'Help Page' entity but I'd like to know as I would like to be able to export Help settings with my solution.
Of course - that's brilliant - thanks! I had enabled Help Panes in System Settings, but was starting to go round in circles until you mentioned 'Add Existing'.

The entity that you are mentioning is automatically visible once you enable the customer help for the organization.
Assuming that "custom help" is enabled on the target organization you do not need to include this entity on a solution when you need/want to move your custom help pages.
Therefore you only need to add the help pages to the solution that you are exporting/importing.
If this is not working as expected I would like to advise to open a support request with Microsoft.
