Limited User Warning message on login

Dear All,

When the limited user logged in to Dynamics GP after login they are getting the following message.  After pressing OK they are able to work without any problem but not sure how to stop it.

The above error is related to Avalara Tax which is not accessed by the limited user, does anyone experienced this if so how to remove this error.

    Hi Babu,

    it could be something that is in the DEFAULTUSER role that is affecting also the Limited User licenses ?   GP Power Tools would be able to help pinpoint the faulty resource that is denied access..

    Hi Beat,

    Sorry for the delay in reply, I have tried different role with all security but no luck.  I haven't tried GP Power Tools how to get the same for GP 2013 R2.

    Babu,

    have you tried to enable the DexSQL trace in the DEX.ini for a light/lmited user ? maybe the log would show you what resources it tries to open at login time .. If it's an Avalara related dictionnary, maybe you'll need to add just this resources to the DEFAULTUSER role..
