RMS Headquarters Manager - Unable to Add Item to Worksheet

Using the latest version of RMS HQ Manager I am trying to add an item to an inventory transfer between stores but whenever I try to add the item I get a message saying "Unable to add item to worksheet". I have never seen this message before and the error does not happen for all items. I am unsure how to troubleshoot this. Has anyone run across this issue before?

Hi Andrew,

Are you trying to add the item manually or by selecting the department, category, supplier or Item filter?

Do you get the same error when adding the item to a Worksheet 340 (PO Planner)?

This is less than 12 months from now; and you can continue using RMS after this date but technical support will not be available.

I would recommend checking with your partner in regard to what they may recommend as a replacement system after the extended support end date.
