Updating Downloadable VHD

The latest F&O downloadable VHD is 10.0.17.  What are the steps/documentation link for applying 10.0.20 or 10.0.21 to the local DEV VM where 10.0.17 VHD was installed? And which software update should be downloaded from LCS?
