Currently we have an SLv6.5 install running against a SQL 2K5 DB on a Win 2K3 based network. According to the documentation, to enable integrated login for a user, I only need to check the "enable integrated login" for that user and ensure that the username matches the domain username. However, I have found that this alone does not work, for an "integrated login" user that has been authenticated on the network, I get a SQL error saying that a secure connection is not available. If I explicity create a login for the DB instance, the user can now login.
Do I need to give each user a DB login for the instance ? What about DB access rights ?
The documentation says that SL uses the Master60P account to access the DB, with integrated login, this is not so ?
Has anyone done such a deployment and guide me as to the steps I need to follow to enable integrated login in this case ?
