Product receipt posting window is not triggering up

Hi Experts,

i have created a PO 1st line with Item, 2nd line with Category. i had received partial Qty for the first line (Packing slip posted) when i click Product receipt button Product receipt posting window is not triggering up.

Not sure why. can anyone help me on this.

i am working on AX 2012 R3 CU9

Is the product receipt tab grayed out or you can click it and product receipt form does not open?

Product Receipt button is not Grayed out ....it is visible, when i click Product receipt posting form is not Open...
