After struggling for 5-6 months with webservices, sharepoint and workflow, I have finally workflow up and running in GP 10 SP4.
Now my customer service is not happy with credlit limit approval system as what they want is to setup the workflow as follow
- if any customer pays by Visa, means the credit terms are VISA
- and Credit limit is set to zero
- the Sales Order should not be submitted for approval
What I think & believe that credit limit approval work flow will always stop if there no credit limit set in customer master. However after the credit limit check, additional optional Filters can set to check and then route it for approval. Am I correct?
Also, can this workflow be modified or can another one be created if there is a need to create one?
