Sandbox is missing

Dear All, 

 We have been using a sandbox environment with US version for these many days. But now we are not able to view the sandbox in the environment . 
Also, we are not able to view the sanbox in the Recently Deleted Environment too. Can you members suggest me what would be reason behind this ?

P.S :- We did not delete the sandbox from the environment.
